Detailed reviews
The work was fine. The staff were good. However the “boss” Ray was mis-leading. When quoted the price he said it was £50 per hour. Which we agreed was fine. The job took 4 hours and 15 minutes. When paying the bill the boss Ray says we have to pay for full 5 hours and not 4 hours 15 mins. When asked why didn’t he mention this at time of quote, his reply was the T&C’s are on the website. Thats ok, but our deal was verbal over the phone. He should have mentioned it at time of quote, or provided a written quote detailing these T&C’s with the quote. This is totally unprofessional.
