I have used Mike's services over the years and can only continue to shout out loud about the excellent service. They always deliver, always do a great job and always clear up after themselves. Their estimates are always fair and they always come in on budget. They communicate well so if they discover anything additional that has not been factored in you are always well-informed. But what I particularly want to say is that Mike himself is one of the nicest and most polite man you could meet and this is proven by the team that he has surrounded himself with who are all really nice guys and always so very polite. They are a pleasure to have around and I would always recommend Mike Carroll, Scott and the team for any kind of work you need doing "up there" where you can't or don't want to reach. We had a lot of wooden cladding which needed replacement so chose the composite Hardie plank cladding. The team did a great job of installation and finishing off the work. We selected the anthracite colour and it looks splendid and we don't have to worry about maintenance now. All waste was removed and everything left clean.

Scott and his team did an amazing job with our new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. The Work - 1. The newly fitted Fascia, Soffits and Guttering look great and are working as expected. 2. We were also getting new windows so they liaised with another local company to sort out which work should be done in what order. Customer Service - 1. Scott responded very quickly whether it was by email, text or phone call. 2. After the work had been done and it had rained for the first time it looked like there was a leak. Scott gladly came out to have a look and found it was because our neighbours gutters were blocked with moss. He knocked on our neighbours door and got permission to clear their gutters to allow the rain water to flow away correctly. 3. When we were having trouble getting in contact with the other company doing work for us Scott said he would contact them for us and managed to get them to contact us within an hour. Conclusion - We would definitely recommend Mike Carrol to anyone who is looking to get new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. Scott has provided the best customer service we have ever had.

I’ve used these guys multiple times now and can’t recommend them highly enough. They were very quick to come round and assess the work, provide very reasonable costs, and got the work done in a very reasonable time frame. I’m always wary of being ripped off by traders, but these guys restored my faith in decent, honest tradesmen! A breath of fresh air and would 100% recommend them! All flat rooves replaced. Excellent communication and work was carried out efficiently. Due to weather warnings they had provided extra team members to ensure work got completed in time. Clearly demonstrated why some extra work needed doing to achieve a high quality outcome. All the team were extremely polite and I cannot recommend them enough.

The team replaced both ours and our neighbour’s soffits and facias. From the moment I contacted the company, communication was quick and whenever a date was given, a member of the team would arrive to do what was needed; from providing a quote, to order materials to arrive to start the job. Scott and the team are the nicest bunch of blokes, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. They kept us fully updated on how the job was going and finished within the expected timeline. I have never had such super communication before when dealing with tradesmen. They carried out a super job, and I smile every time I look at the exterior of my house, I’m so chuffed! The work was completed in less time than originally estimated, with the final invoice reduced commensurately, and the team cleared away all waste and left no mess at all.
