"Impressed by Jarred who explained what was needed in simple terms and seemed genuinely interested in us as the client. we we are so pleased we accepted the quotes from MIller N Shine. On the first day discovered that some of the rafters had rotted near the base which was invisible until tiles and old membrane removed. Jarred explained that this was solvable but increased the cost which was agreed. Team of roofers worked hard were polite tidy and considerate. Jarred organised timing for scaffolding and solar panel companies to dovetail with roof work with military precision."
