Ask for a quote for basic garden maintenance. Quoted an absurd amount for taking away rubbish and garden labourers. Was very pushy and not professional at all- “Not about garden maintenance or garden Cleaner makeover it’s about the amount of rubbish that we are going to take away with us plus we have to pay our labourers if you don’t want our services then please find someone else.” Sort your attitude out mate.
They came to price up my job, and shortly after contacted me with a price for everything inclusive, we were happy and agreed. They started a week later then agreed, with people we were not expecting. He said the Job required more materials and time then had originally been quoted, so the company owner told us that the job was nearly double the original price, we refused, as work had already begun, no skip for rubbish had been delivered. Communication was shocking and the job ended up being rushed due to weather and other work commitments. Some slabs are loose, contacted but no response
