Great professional service
Mark fitted a new shower and completed pipework for our washing machine and dryer. He was extremely professional and neat in his work. He is knowledgable and honest - all you want in a tradesman. Would highly recommend to anyone

Downstairs toilet and boiler work completed
We've had Mark in for 2 jobs now and been really impressed both times. Did a full downstairs toilet and sink installation. Gave helpful advice which meant the finish is excellent. Then fixed a problem with our boiler quickly and hassle free. Had the part and knowledge to fix there and then. Would recommend 100% and use him for future work. All work was completed on time and on budget. Excellent communication throughout.

Outstanding in every way!
Mark supplied and fitted a new Worcester 4000. Power flushed the hot water and underfloor heating systems. He was excellent - arrived on time, explained the process for the removal of the existing boiler and the installation of the new one. He showed me the issues with the old system as they arose and proposed solutions to overcome them. I cannot praise Mark highly enough. Exceptional service and workmanship throughout. Work areas were fully cleaned afterwards as if he had not been there. He explained how to use the new Boiler, underfloor heating and thermostats. Every change to the budget was explained and agreed beforehand and all works were completed on time. Mark is a true professional and I would use him again if the need ever arises.

Mark removed an old toilet, which turned out to be a much more difficult job then he had expected, and then installed a new toilet. He did an excellent job. He took away the old toilet and all packaging from the new one, and cleaned up after his work. He worked quietly and quickly. I am happy to recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Central Heating Boiler Replaced
Mark arrived on time, explained the process for the removal of the existing central heating boiler and the installation of the replacement. I was made aware of any problems as they arose, and the proposed solutions. Mark was competent throughout, and the finished work was first class. The area was cleaned after the work was completed, and an explanation of the working of the new boiler was clearly explained. Everything was completed within the agreed timescale and budget. I have found Mark to be extremely helpful and professional in all my dealings with him, and would thoroughly recommend him.

Excellence In Every Respect
Mark Coulstock of MJC Plumbing & Heating has been my plumber of choice for the past fifteen years. In all that time, he has always been totally trustworthy and reliable. His work has been first class, top quality and completed in good time. He is a highly skilled tradesman who takes great pride in his work. Mark is easy to contact and easy to talk to. He takes time to listen to what you want, offers solutions to problems, explains what the work will involve and gets the job done all at a fair price. Most recently, Mark installed a replacement combi boiler in an outside utility room for me, installed a low level WC and wash basin along with appropriate plumbing for a washing machine. He sourced all of the sanitary ware, planned the pipework to perfection and following his recommendation, lagged all the exposed pipework. All of this work was completed within three days, Mark is an excellent timekeeper. Mark removed all the packaging and waste materials and left the utility room clean and tidy. When all the work was completed he explained clearly how the new boiler and thermostat controls operated and set them up for me to my preference. I am delighted with the work he has done for me and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Mark was professional reliable and friendly. The work carried out was the fitting of a new boiler, radiators throughout, a timer unit, replaced two toilets and fitted bathroom flooring. The work was carried out to a very high standard, finished on schedule and within the reasonable budget. Mark kept me informed throughout on progress of the work and was very approachable. I would highly recommend Mark and will be using him for any future work.

Solved a challenging problem
Mark solved a challenging access problem to fix my waste pipe leak, returning my kitchen to me and upgrading my bathroom with a new loo into the bargain. Great result, kept me advised and in the picture throughout, and charged as per the quote. Worked hard, turned up on time and did what he said he would. Excellent in my book. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or to recommend.

Absolutely happy with MJC on the work carried out from day one. Clean as they go along. The standard of the installation outstanding. Even went out his way and fitted shelves back in the cupboard were boiler is. So a very happy wife now and also sorted out a few other issue that wasn't apart of there job. Very professional and highly recommended 👌
New En-suite, boiler and Radiators
Mark replaced a full en-suite bathroom, installed a new boiler and cylinder and replaced a number of radiators throughout the house whilst installing Hive. All work was done to a really high standard and was very reasonable. Mark was very personable and continually kept the house clean whilst he was working.

Mark listened to my ideas regarding our traditional bathroom and made some alternative suggestions to what I initially had in mind, and we are so glad that he did. He was the first, and only, tradesman to highlight potential problems with our initial plan, his suggestions not only saved us money but future problems with the bathroom. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable; he arrived promptly everyday and finished the job on time, within the budget. The bathroom looks fantastic and has been completed to a really high standard. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process (and as far as building work goes, the house remained quite tidy!) Love our new bathroom, fantastic service and finish; we couldn't be happier!

Very Competent Boiler Installer
We chose Mark because he is an accredited Worcester Bosch Installer and quoted us a fair price for the job. We are very satisfied with the neat and tidy way he installed our Greenstar 30CDI System Boiler. He was also most accommodating regarding the position and location of pipe runs and cleaned up well afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
