Came out the next day after I spoke to Mark late the night before and although the washing machine was knackered, he did everything he could to fix it but advised it wasn't cost effective and I would be better off getting a new one. He also advised how to fit the new machine…saving me £20 on getting the people who were bringing round the machine to fit it and advised of the best models to get. I would have no hesitation in recommending M. J. Stevenson Services and will be using them to fix my cooker in the next few weeks.
