Steve replied to my request for a quote promptly and arranged a visit soon after. I was impressed with the positive 'can do' approach rather than focussing on the particular challenges of the job. The quote was clear and competitive, on agreement an installation date and time was arranged within a week. Rob arrived punctually and got stuck in with the installation (ensuring that the carpets etc. Were protected). Rob also had a positive attitude and got on with the installation without complaint (which had particular challenges). Job was finished the same day (+ extra job) and all tidy.

Dreadful- very disappointing. The boiler was damaged during installation and I was left without heating and gas. The technicians were rude and arrogant and left my house in a real mess. I have contacted the company on more than one occasion and have heard nothing! Do not take any notice of this company’s customer pledge- it means nothing!
