I am very pleased with the work carried out by MKM Property Maintenance. Dan fitted shelves and decorative brackets to perfection. Dan also did a very neat job in concealing the unsightly vertical pipes to the boiler, giving the room a whole new and improved look. A new internal door was painted and fitted properly to replace a badly fitted door which used to drag on the carpet. All work was completed in good time and at a fair price. Recommended.

Danny responded to my checkatrade enquiry immediately following the fire. He was understanding of the circumstances and looked to provide an immediate quote. He was very efficient in his approach to work and accommodating to our needs. His work and approach was much appreciated and the work he did looks great. We would never know there was a fire in the first place. His communication was excellent too and prices very reasonable.

Danny is lovely. He responded to my request on here straight away and arranged to come very swiftly. There were holes in the ceiling and wall that needing filling, sanding and painting. He also offered to go round & paint over some marks in various places around the flat. I would recommend him to others that need similar work!
