“We have had some extensive work done to our home and part of this saw a complete change of our kitchen and where it's located in the house. We approached the usual brands but after seeing a social media advert I thought it was worth having a look at MLS. We booked an appointment one evening and met with Jon. Jon talked us through options and within 48 hours we had plans and a price drawn up. We hit some snags along the way with the building work so it was a couple of months later before we could progress things. We met with Jon again and changed some things around and hit a revised price. Jon was really patient with us, never pressuring us to make a decision and going back and forth with changes as we requested them. When we were eventually in a position to proceed everything was done quickly and smoothly and installation took place as planned by Joe and his son. They were excellent. We had a slight issue with a transformer for the LED lights but a quick message to Jon and it was very promptly sorted. Overall we have been really impressed with the service from MLS and love our new kitchen. A much better experience than the big name brands.”

Do NOT use this company. I would have given 0 stars if possible. We had a kitchen fitted in 2021, lots of problems including the wrong cupboards being ordered. Numerous issues since. MLS are not interested in correcting issues, they just want your money. Phil is full of charm and laughs until you ask him to correct a mistake and then he ignores you. We’ve had ongoing problems since 2021 and we’re constantly ignored. It’s going to cost us £10K to replace the botched job from MLS. Do yourselves a favour and spend your hard earned money with a reputable company that cares.

If this is who we think it is not sure why you have posted in a different name ? We have sent these pictures to our supplier and they have told us this is water ingress on the panels . But as a gesture of goodwill we offered to supply them free of charge . As this was last year and we did not hear anything nothing has been sorted . We are more than willing to supply what's needed ! As you can see we are a company who cares check our reviews on here and other sites .

The intial installation in Jan 2022 was all good and excellent. But subsequent service after fitting has been poor there were issues which was reported in Oct 2022 was not good inspite of repeated emails along with the pictures not been answered , phone calls to Phil till date no response at all and the issue has not been fixed. We are still waiting for there person to come sort out our problems. Till date No emails or phone call it has been poor. Till date Zero response or no response at all . All our messages/emails/phone call we got were false assurance we get some one would be there and currently busy blah blah.

Just had a knew kitchen supplied and fitted. Great service really pleased. Very helpful and Cameron the fitter has done a great job and really helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a few quotes from big players in kitchens but decided on MLS because Jon just got we we wanted and asked questions that had not been asked. We have a small kitchen and wanted to have a feeling of space. We are so pleased with the result and get so many compliments. Steve was great too fitted the kitchen nice n swift.

We had very good customer service from Mike who designed our kitchen and went out of his way to bespoke the kitchen to our requirements. Nothing has been too much and we have been very pleased with the fitter Steve too. Now the kitchen is complete we are over the moon with it and can't wait to sit around the island with friends. We would highly recommend MLS kitchens.

This was a complete kitchen refurbishment. MLS redesigned and arranged the works to be carried out efficiently, quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone involved was professional, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The transformation of the kitchen was amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend Jon and his team at MLS.

Would highly rate mls kitchens. Jon was brilliant and took into consideration what design I wanted while utilising the space I had. Mls have provided a high quality kitchen which I love! The kitchen was installed by uldis and his team who did a highly professional job. Overall I would highly recommend mls and Jon.
