"Michael and his team have recently converted our mid-terrace loft into a large master bedroom and ensuite. Throughout the process, all the trades who visited were excellent - not only hard working professionals who care about their work, but also friendly, polite and, lots of fun to chat to. As we're in an old house, there were a few surprises as the team worked to undo old DIY, but they took it all in stride and kept us informed about what was happening at each stage. I was nervous about having "strangers" in the house over many weeks, but the team were so lovely I'd have them back any day."
