“Called Monument after reading the TaT reviews, was able to sort a suitable time on my day off, and was kept updated as to when he was on the way. Arrived at the agreed time, instantly diagnosed the problem and potential problem (They fixed a dripping sink tap), fixed it first time and also provided some advice on another issue. Very happy and will have no problem in calling again the next time I need a plumber. Thank you!”

Having reliable, skilled plumbers is critical. Kevin from Monument Plumbing was exceptional. He responded immediately, diagnosed the issue from photos, and came the next morning fully prepared. He carefully removed, cleaned, repaired, and reinstalled the shower cartridges, and everything now works perfectly. What impressed us most was his professionalism. Kevin explained everything clearly, offered different options, and made sure we understood and agreed before proceeding. He takes real pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Kevin is someone you can trust with your property. We highly recommend him and Monument Plumbing and will definitely work with him again.
Expert Troubleshooting and Outstanding Service. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He tackled a range of plumbing issues in our home, including fixing bath, basin, and kitchen taps, all while expertly addressing our water pressure problems. From the outset, Kevin displayed an excellent troubleshooting ability and a brilliant can-do attitude. He not only chose the correct taps but also installed a new electric shower. We initially bought the wrong specifications based on manufacturer information, but Kevin quickly assessed the situation and informed us that the shower wouldn't work due to our low water pressure. What stood out most was his commitment to customer satisfaction; he even accompanied me to the store to return the incorrect shower and secure a hassle-free refund. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled plumber who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Kevin. He truly exceeded our expectations.
Great service from Kevin at monument plumbing services. Kevin was very polite and took the time to explain the issue clearly, he arrived on time and within an hour of calling, completely resolved the issue ( boiler leaking no heating\hot water). Very fair on price too and no more than initial quoted upfront. Great quality of work, no mess left either , would definitely 100% recommend and use again, thank you Kevin.
I needed a kitchen tap and bathroom sink tap replaced. We also added in the bath taps on second look. Great work done and very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend anytime.
Kevin called very quickly after my email enquiry even though it was a Sunday. We arranged for him to come the next Wednesday at 8am. Bang on 8am he arrived and got straight to it. Kevin is an excellent plumber. He always conducts brilliant work. He was available at short notice and dealt with the issue promptly. I would highly recommend Kevin.
Kevin assesed the job first and communicated well. He was transparent with explaining the job to us, made us felt he is trustworthy. And got the job done amazingly.

Kevin was a hero. He moved his schedule to come a day earlier than originally booked when the problem got worse and made a second unscheduled visit later the same day. He investigated really thoroughly and clearly explained everything to both me and the people in the flat below us experiencing a leak through their ceiling. He managed to keep everyone informed and calm, and even advised me on next steps to take if needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
I have called Kevin out a few times over the years on my old flat and new house. He is simply a phenomenal plumber. Very capable and full of practical solutions and options. He always gets the job done to the highest standard which is why i consider having his number in my contact directly as one of the best trade contacts I have. Recently installed a new washing machine and fixed various sinks and leaking tapa. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Kevin was fantastic. Not only did he do the job quickly and efficiently – and with a smile – he explained the problem and solutions as he went, so that I could follow what he was doing. I can't recommend him highly enough, I'll definitely be in contact next time I have a plumbing issue.
As always, top work from Kev; friendly, reliable, and great value for money. He always recommends what's best for the client, even if it isn't what's best for his pocketbook. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber in central London.
