“I am very pleased with Ben and his lads. I live abroad so it is extra stressful getting work done on my house in England because being so far away makes you feel vulnerable to dodgy tradesmen. I had asked Ben to inspect and report what work needed doing so had to put trust in him. Ben was very prompt, communicated frequently, did what he promised, was very courteous, helped solve problems, took lots of pictures so I could see the issues. He took lots of pics after to show what he'd done. If I need work again I hope he will be available.”

When I tried to open the door, the handle came out in my hands - only 1.5 cm screws were used 5. The door now is falling apart, the plywood layers are coming off and the shed is not usable as intended. 6. Have contacted the contractor via text, email and voicemail over a period of three weeks - however, no response.”
