“Lut was on time and very friendly. He has supplied and hung four doors for me in very challenging existing frames. The work has been carried out neatly and Lut was very tidy making sure to tidy up as he went. Excellent communication throughout and a nice person all round!”
Detailed reviews
We had agreed some minor repairs and installation of skirting boards in three rooms as we have new carpet arriving soon. First the date was pushed back several times because he was apparently delayed by other work. Then when the final agreed date came he simply stopped responding to messages and refused to answer calls. We were left desperately trying to find another tradesman to do the skirting with only three days before our carpet installation date. If they'd cancelled with warning that would be one thing but the lack of communication was completely unacceptabe.
