Clearly an experienced tradesman from the moment he arrived. Had other boiler engineers that turned out to be completely useless by comparison
Very knowledgeable
Turned up with the part I needed, sorted out my boiler quickly and was cheaper than I anticipated. 10/10
We have an old boiler which has not been working so we have had no hot water or heating for weeks and weeks as we were told we needed a new boiler but Paul came on Tuesday 17th November and stripped the boiler down thoroughly checked it all and said the pressure dial had gone and hopefully he could get another one and might beable to get it working but only would fix it if it was safe he came back yesterday with Nathan who had a nightmare to get the part as it was obselete so they brought 2 pressure switches with them and the second one worked so now got hot water and heating again it did not take long at all I’m so thrilled and appreciate what they have done for me so much would definitely tecothem and have them when I need the new boiler thankyou Paul and Nathan

With crystal clear communication, Mr Gas always arrived on time and was tidy, professional and gracious even coming back later to bleed my radiators. He did an excellant job all round at a reasonable price, it wasn't easy, we have an old house. I was fearing winter but I know I'm now going to be warm and toasty.
Came out initially to do emergency work so i had heating for my baby then came back to do a complete job excellent work, fixed the problem immediately, they were efficient and clean and nice people

We went to turn on our central heating for the first time having recently moved in, and the boiler broke immediately. Andre responded swiftly and came over after he had finished with another job. He diagnosed the issue, went to the plumbing merchants to source the parts needed, and came back to repair the boiler all within the same afternoon. Andre was friendly, professional, and super helpful. We will definitely be in touch with Andre for any future boiler work!

Andre came to fix our broken central heating, he came the day I called him, very responsive, fixed it and serviced the boiler on the day. Great service. He pointed out flaws in our heating system from the original installation which we asked him to fix, we also needed some work doing (replacing broken radiator valves) which we knew needed doing, he did the work within a week. In the process he talked me out of some work that I thought needed doing, which did not need doing so very honest. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess and is a very nice chatty guy. Very much recommend him.

Andre installed our new gas boiler. He was on time, worked efficiently, and left everything in good order, inside and out. He also took the time to explain how the new system works. The boiler is running perfectly, and I would highly recommend him and Mr Gas.
