M.R. Secure came out to investigate a potential water ingress issue around one of my windows. He carried out a very thorough inspection, checking the window levels, drainage channels and external sealing.. He explained everything clearly as he went along and identified that the internal sealant was not the correct type. He removed the old sealant and replaced it properly. I appreciated the methodical approach and the time taken to investigate the issue rather than jumping to conclusions. Very professional and helpful. I would happily recommend. Thanks Ben :-)
