New Small bathroom to be fitted Loughborough flat
Feel bad leaving this review. All was good in begining and on completion but we live overseas and when tenants moved in they discovered shower doesnt provide hot water. Maybe instalation / Shower / user error. MS originally said they would contact the tenant but have failed to do so repeated and have ghosted me for 5 days now. now have to get another plumber in and chase this through consumer rights act at the SCC.
Replace/supply existing WC/toilet
We arranged a time for him to come around to assess the job and give me a quote. He arrived promptly, which always impresses me, as it gives a great indication of character/what to expect. Having agreed to what I wanted/what he would supply we agreed on a time for him to arrive and do the job. Again, a prompt arrival and straight into the job. Hardly knew he was there, he got about his business so efficiently. Tidied up after himself and took the rubbish away. Very happy with the guy and the result.
They managed to complete the work in one day instead of two, operating in high urgency as we have a baby at home. I appreciate their professionalism, good quality and empathy accommodating our request!

I did not see the work as I am the landlord and the tenants were there. But Mustafa was polite helpful and did everything I asked him to do. Sorted the problem and kept me informed. I will certainly use him again.

Bathroom fittings
Unprofessional plumber!!! Connected my toilet to the hot water pipe, every flush trigger the boiler!! Avoiding my call and not responsible for the mistake he made......Lousy job and craftmanship on fitting wall panel and boxing, created a big hole on my bedroom wall....Don't hire this Mitchell Hill, he's not even a qualified plumber!!!

Really happy with the work
I recently used Mustafa for an emergency and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He responded quickly, arrived and on time. His pricing was fair. I highly recommend MS Plumbing & Heating.

Arrived on time. Got the job done quickly. Made sure there were no leaks or problems before leaving. Nice chap will be using again.

Hard working and very professional. Clean and tidy workmanship. I was very pleased with the service provided and his quote was very reasonable , I would not hesitate when recommending them to family and friends. If you need a gas safe engineer or plumber call him.
