“I was looking for a window cleaner and Mario got in touch. Great work and windows looked fab. Luckily for me, I was also looking for someone to clean the gutters and Mario also covers that. So agreed a price and he was able to do that on the same day which was convenient for me. This was critical as the moss build was pretty bad. Mario did a thorough and marvellous job. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.”

Mario arrived at the agreed time. He had not quoted for the work in advance. On viewing the job he quoted a figure which was competitive. Had it not been I would have sent him away. Then there were extras for which he had not included. When the final invoice arrived the extras were more than I expected. We reached a compromise. He did clean my solar panels which were difficult. However I had to supply equipment to enable him to do this. He did use a warm water cleaning system.
