Reece & Ryan were an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much bother for them. The 81 steps up the spiral staircase was treated as a challenge rather than a burden, I could hear them running up them! The pair of them obviously enjoyed their work & it made me smile listening to them singing along to the radio. I will be using Munro P&H in the future & I would definitely recommend.
Munro's recommendation came from Plumbase EK, I wanted a recommendation of someone who really knew his trade, thanks Plumbase. I had an air source heat pump fitted three years ago, and from the get-go, there were problems. After repeated callouts, the company got the system working albeit it was costly to run circa £500 per month based on a yearly average. We then added to the system by building another phase to the original building and although the pump was designed for both phases, the pump failed to heat phase 2 without having the entire system on and now the bills went up to £1000 per month, just incredible. I called the company who installed it and they have repeatedly made excuses as to why they couldn't manage out. I called a second company to come out and they moved around some wiring and that never made any difference, called them back to ask for more help and they made excuses why they couldn't come out. Does anyone know how to install air-source heat pumps? Munro's do!

We had an emergency outside burst tap. Ryan was with us within a couple of hours, fixed and tidied everything. He was so helpful and pleasant, we were very happy with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend

Our experience with Munro Plumbing was excellent throughout. Ross went over various options and sent a quote that was thorough and competative. Our new boiler was installed on time and the work was to an excellent standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Munro Plumbing to anyone!
Big new-boiler job, with lead and caste iron pipes to be removed from under old tenement flooring to create space for new water and gas pipes. All this done with care and precision by Ross and Ryan, a polite, good humoured and well spoken team. (It matters.) Solutions found to all potential problems without any drama. A nice touch was, when raised floorboards were put back they were secured with screw, rather than hammered nails. Neat and tidy workmanship throughout. Munro Plumbing and Heating was recommended by my neighbour upstairs (again a boiler replacement) and I have passed contact details on to several friends. Highly recommended.

I used TrustATrader to find a highly rated plumbing company and I wasn’t disappointed. The communication before the job was great, agreeing when they could come out and I sent a couple of pictures of the setup so they knew what to expect. The work was first class, installing a Nest Learning Thermostat and fixing an intermittent issue with my heating all in one visit. They turned up when they said they would and were really methodical in tracking down and finding the fault. Gave me a really clear explanation of everything. Tidy and COVID-safe in everything they did. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Munro Plumbing and Heating to anybody.
