On initial visit he was very friendly and offered really clear information on what could be done and some great suggestions on nice finishing touches for the staircase. Communication was always very responsive despite a delay in me being in a position to book the job. The work carried out looks great and feels really sturdy, they always arrived on time and kept everything clean and protected. Very happy with the outcome."
