“Nigel removed my integrated Fridge Freezer and integrated Washer Dryer, installed my new standalone appliances (including all plumbing and electrical work) and made sure the rest of my kitchen was looking good at the end (including cutting existing plinths and panels, fitting new panels and supporting brackets). Nigel was very polite and professional, all work was done to an excellent standard, and very fairly priced.”

I arranged a morning appointment ( directly by phone) to quote for a rainwater drainage problem but NB Handyman did not turn up as arranged nor reply to a subsequent phone message and text enquiry as to why. I note now that this behaviour has also been reported in other reviews. I would be concerned that such a shoddy approach to customer service might also be mirrored in any work carried out.
