John came to review my problem 24hrs after my initial contact with the company,he was very efficient in establishing my roof leak,he took pictures so the he could enlighten me as to his plan of action and returned the next day 8thMay to complete the work taking pictures so I was aware of what was happening at all time,he also arranged for a manager to come out as further problems had been discovered taking pictures for me do I was able to view his work thank you John
