“I contacted Nick via his website on 30th December and had an email back later that same day asking for further details of the problem. The following morning I received another email from Nick offering a tentative diagnosis and requesting specific boiler details so that he could order the required part. On 7th January, Nick arrived with said part and fixed the problem. So within 8 days, including a weekend and a bank holiday, Nick had correctly diagnosed the fault, ordered and received the part, and completed the necessay work. I now have a functioning boiler giving me reliable hot water.”

Nick is very professional super effectient and really nice guy. He was actually about £2k cheaper than british gas even when they offered me a discount because i was a customer of thiers. I would definitely recommend Nick without hesitation.👍”

On 7th January, Nick arrived with said part and fixed the problem.
