"Got back last night to see the completed work and I couldnt be happier, it all looks and feels solid. Nolan super nice guy, reliable and trustworty. Just to clarify about the price increase, this was work that would have needed to be done at some point soon. The 'lugs' attaching the heavy old plasterboard to the roof were not in best shape, so they took it all down and put some fresh gyprock (think its called) up ready for plastering at some point. Nolan very communicative about this and why and went above and beyond as this created substantially more waste but he disposed of it"
