Neil was very accommodating allowing us to prepare each room prior to the heating system being fitted and advised us on what boiler to purchase. His work was completed in just 4 days. We are very happy with everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a heating systems installed. Please do not hesitate to give him a call.”
“Neil & Sam fitted a new boiler, hot water cylinder and water softener for us. From the outset Neil listened to what we wanted and made suggestions accordingly. He quoted for different options which was very helpful. They were both able to answer any questions and address any concerns we had. As with most jobs, things evolve and nothing was too much trouble - they relocated an outside tap and hose reel for us. The workmanship was great and they left the areas clean and tidy. We'd definitely recommend them and would use again.”

Neil and his son Sam carried out a full refurbishment of our en suite and partial upgrades to the separate bathroom. The quality of their work was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. They kept us in the loop every step of the way in terms of various aspects of the work required. Their attention to detail was first class, they were punctual, tidy and provided advice on how various fixtures and fittings would fit in with our requirements. The costs quoted for the work was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality plumbing & heating expert.
The plumbing work was carried out to a high standard, at the date/time I requested. The invoice was for the exact amount Neil had quoted. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend Neil he fitted a new boiler for me.Very efficient job and explained everything clearly to me at every stage and cleaned up thoroughly on completion.
Had a shower bar valve replaced and boiler serviced. Right from the start Neil was quick to reply and answered all questions I had. Super quick turnaround following enquiry. Day of works, Sam turned up on time with everything he needed. Very polite chap and respectable of property. Excellent work carried out and tidied up any mess. 10/10. Happy to use Neil and Sam for any plumbing issues again.
Neil and Sam did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom & toilet knocking them into one and completely redesigning the room. They are 100% trustworthy and very respectful. The attention to detail is outstanding . They are very clean and tidy and arrived on time every day.We would highly recommend them to anyone. They were a pleasure to do business with . Same-day response to a callout, within 2 hours of initial contact. Plumber, Sam, arrived and reviewed works. Gave a quote and timeframe straight away. He had to go to wholesaler for parts but was only away for 15 mins. Returned to do work and came in with tools, parts and a dustsheet. Got straight on with job and finished within 30 mins. All left working and clean and tidy. A very polite young man who just got on with it. Original quote was correct and very reasonable. I would gladly use this firm again and recommend to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant, professional, reliable, clean and did an absolutely amazing job
Two years ago, Neil and Sam completely renovated my upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I was very impressed with their standard of workmanship. I recently discovered a damp patch on the landing ceiling and knowing that there were old water tanks located in the loft, I contacted Neil to ask for his advice. He came round quickly and soon found the cause of the problem. The only solution possible was to completely update the entire central heating system. Neil explained clearly what he intended to do and I had complete faith in him. When he came with his son, Sam, they removed the existing very old boiler, the redundant pipework, a hot water cylinder, the cold water tanks in the loft and all the old, original radiators. They installed a new combi boiler, up to date pipework and new radiators. I feel reassured that I’ll be ready for the coming winter with a reliable and modern energy saving system. Neil & Sam are true professionals and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had a new boiler fitted & Neil had explained all our options fully. He & his son Sam were very professional but very friendly & they explained everything they were doing. They were clean workers & we were extremely pleased with the work & has he had advised us, we have much better water pressure with the chosen boiler. We would be very happy to recommend him to friends or family.

Our bathroom was renovated by Neil and Sam. We cannot fault them on their work. They worked really hard and were always reliable. They were clean and tidy workers. Very friendly and kept us updated on the progress. The bathroom looks wonderful.
Contacted Neil regarding changing a vented system to unvented and a bathroom renovation and decided to use him after seeing the excellent reviews others had left. Neil and Sam are clearly very good at what they do and when any issues arose they discussed and advised ways to resolve and the finished result looks great (and having mains pressure hot water is fantastic) It was a pleasure to have them both in my home as they were good company (make sure you keep the tea flowing and they'll be fine!) as well as reliable tradespeople arriving on time every day and have used Sam for other jobs since so would definitely recommend.
We are delighted with the bathroom that Neil and his son Sam have just fitted in our house. From initial discussion of how to remodel the room, through installation to completion we couldn’t be happier with the work they have done for us. Neil & Sam were a pleasure to have in our home and I would strongly recommend them , in fact our daughter is hoping to have them refit her bathroom They are extremely diligent I couldn’t recommend them more highly
Neil was recommended to me by a friend who had been very pleased with his work. He was so helpful on advising me on what options I had available with regards to purchasing 2 new showers and re tiling. He helped me measure up so I was confident when making my purchases. I'm so happy with the results, Neil and Sam's work is top notch. Hard working, reliable, trustworthy and tidy 10/10 thanks again 👌👌 Only thing I had to worry about was making sure I kept them hydrated whilst they made my visions a reality. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and Sam 🙌😊
