Good ongoing communications and timing of trades. Only poor weather got in the way of progress and we were always clear and updated when things couldn't happen. Frank employs good lads who do a good job with good humour. We asked for "Win Win" - and that's what we got.

It has not been a simple job due to the nature of our bungalow, but we have been kept up to date with any changes or problems that have occurred along the way. We had the wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked through our old kitchen taken out and a new one installed as well as a downstairs loo and French doors out to the garden. Everything went very smoothly, Frank is knowledgeable and friendly. All the guys he bought in for the various bits of work were great and kept everything very tidy which was fantastic. Generally very happy with everything.
