Nam Electricals contacted us that evening and although they couldn't visit us, talked us through on the phone about which fuses worked that we could use until they visited on Monday. We were very grateful to Atif who helped us, so we at least had lights and heating over the weekend. On Monday they spent time checking fuses and identified it was our washing machine. Both Atif and his colleague were professional, reliable, and knew what to do. Communication was great too, as he also checked with us if everything was running ok after leaving.
