Nat Con were really helpful from the very first time I spoke to their office. They gave me a clear direction on what steps were needed for this project. What I had to do with the council and what they could do. Once we had received planning permission Natcon were able to come out and then quickly prepared their quote for the window, glazing and redecorating that we wanted. They also gave an indication of the time scale and we were given a feel for when the work might start. Great communication! The window installation went very smoothly as did the subsequent decorating. They always on time, clean, tidy and meticulous about their work. I would and have highly recommend them to friends.

We found all members of staff to be polite, they worked continuously to get work completed in time quoted. We had conservatory roof replaced with lightweight tiled roof, insulation and plasterboard ceiling with down lights. We are very pleased with finished product.

A great service from start to finish. Initially a site measurement was undertaken just before Christmas and a very competitive price received. Colleagues listened to the design and ideas I had and were keen to ensure the new windows matched the current design. My order was placed just before Christmas and by 9th the installation date was received for the next working day! On the installation day the fitters arrived early and were polite and courteous leaving everything tidy and organised at the end of the fitting. The service, quality and follow up care has been brilliant, thank you for such a job well done.
