We have had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a light weight insulated roof. Throughout communications have been outstanding. After having a very bad experience with builders before, I cannot tell you how Natcon have restored our faith. Their professionalism, expert execution and hard work was exemplary. Would definitely use them again and can't recommend them highly enough
My experience has been very disappointing. An independent inspection identified several issues with the work. The new flat roof appears to have incorrect falls, resulting in water pooling, and the EPDM membrane shows blistering and incomplete detailing. Part of the roof structure shown on the drawings appears to have been removed and replaced with a different roof arrangement without this being agreed beforehand. The bathroom ventilation was installed venting into the roof void rather than externally. These defects will require remedial work and additional cost to rectify. Not recommend.
