Was really polite and approachable. You could tell him what you wanted and he checked throughout to see if I was happy. Excellent workmanship and went above and beyond to make sure there would be no more leaks or damp and that I was satisfied. Also looks after your pocket and reasonable prices. Naz didn't mess about. He called me the same day, was round the next day to measure up and provide a quote. Booked in the work to be done as agreed the following week and Naz completed it.
