The guys had the unenviable job of demolishing a 50+ year old garage (some of it much older) that was derelict in parts. In some places it was difficult and somewhat risky but they went about their business like trojans - a potential week long job was done in three days. They did what they said they would do, no messing about, and did a great job. The site was immaculate afterwards with all non-wood waste removed - they even lent me the tractor trailer for an extra week so I could do some other work on-site. Totally trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful and priced fairly -recommend 100%.

They constructed a lean to on the back of my house to the design I wanted. We discussed what type of roofing material I wanted and they also supplied and fitted it. The team were polite and courteous and cleared up all their work mess on the days they were here. I was very happy with the end results as it was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend these guys. I look forward to using them in the future.

Nick and the Team completed our extension last year and I've waited a few months to consider and submit this review. For what should have been a really stressful and disruptive experience, Nick managed the build from beginning to end with utmost professionalism. We talked through each stage of the build, everything was well planned, the workmanship was tidy and disruption kept to an absolute minimum. The end result is first class, exactly what we wanted and snag free. Whilst not the fastest, Nick's quality and attention to detail is first class.

Nick and the team are excellent Excellent quality of work. Great communication skills. They are tidy and courteous and also very helpful, especially in the moments in the build where decisions need to be made, big or small. I would definitely use them again and I would wait until they are free in order to secure them.

Nick and his team completed what can only be described as a full house renovation of our 5 bedroom, Victorian property. We modernised the downstairs, knocking through front to back and side to side, creating an open plan kitchen/living space. We also opened up to add some French doors onto the garden. Nick always was quick to offer a range of sensible solutions, recommending where budget would be best used. His attention to detail with the finishes mean we are very happy with our newly refurbed home. I have already, and will continue to recommend Nick to anyone doing building work.

It was a pleasure to deal with Nick and his team. The project included services such as new floorboards, internal doors, screeds, tiling and porch work. The end result was spot on.

I commissioned NDB to build a big extension which had many complicated elements including a large pitched and vaulted roof and extensive structural openings for sliding doors of 2.4m height requiring significant steel work. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the ease of communication throughout. Nick himself was very easy to deal with and his team were professional and maintained a helpful attitude throughout. The project was finished on budget with the very few extras being agreed as the work progressed. I would highly recommend this company.
