"Our shower started to drip and as our home emergency policy provider wouldn’t cover it we called Neatis. We’d used them before to fit our bathroom. Tim came out and identified the problem very quickly. He gave me a link to the part I needed to order and when it arrived Tim came back and fitted it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We’d had a quote from a plumbing company previously which turned out to be a lot more than what Neatis had charged so I will definitely use them again."
