On the day of the appointment got a phone call from Ryan in advance of his attending to tell me he was on his way. Within moments of Ryan’s arrival and discussion the issue with the Hive thermostat he had diagnosed the problem and having checked I was happy with the price to replace, he sourced a replacement thermostat and fitted the same day. Very informative about what had gone wrong and what was required to fix it. Highly recommended.”

Company responded quickly with my enquiry, giving a time and date that was within my time requested.The plumber turned up on time, was polite and professional. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone in need of a plumber.
Had Nelson Plumbing service my mums combi boiler this morning. Tom the heating engineer arrived exactly when he said he would. He carried out the service professionally and expeditiously. Tom displayed a friendly and approachable manner. I have nothing but praise for Tom, and would definitely recommend Nelson Plumbing.
The team arrived on time to replace my old cast iron soil stack with new PVC. The work was carried out very professionally to a high standard. The job was difficult as my house is higher than normal with a cellar. The tiled roof was finished neatly with a new tile.
Same day boiler service thanks to Hayley’s clear communication. Tom the engineer was great and polite. No complaints.

Plumber arrived, fixed the cold water supply to the shower and leaky basin. all working now. also fixed the toilet leak that occurred just before he arrived so he did more than what was requested and adjusted price on thr spot. he was a credit to the company and his workmanship was very good.

Ryan came over to service my boiler and was polite, tidy and quiet while I was working upstairs. He even put the casing back on and the pipe cover that I had removed ahead of his visit. Would definitely use again.
