Nelson's team came to my property August 2024 and charged just under £2,000 to replace the Apex stating that would solve any leaks, which we were currently having. Contacted them in April 2025 due to bad weather and we heard leaking in the attic and he'd given us a 10 year warranty. It is now September 2025 and he still has been avoiding to arrange a date for them to come out and fix the leak, he constantly tells me to call another time and ignores my messages. They do not follow through with their warranty so be warned.

1Nelson Property Maintenance came to my property to inspect and quote repair works to my roof. I was quoted and paid £950 for repair works that included a 5 year guarantee. 14/9/2024 roofer worked for around 1 hour. That afternoon roof began leaking immediately as rain started. Contacted Nelson Property Maintenance and was told I’d have to wait until 16/9/2024 as the roofer had to go to football on the 15/9/2024. Roofer attended on the 16/9/2024. Weather was dry for around 10 days. Roof immediately started leaking when raining. Scheduled repair for 28/9/2024 no show.

Piece of mind was the main thing. And future follow up work needed which was good to know

Replacement carried out. First rain water poured over gutter onto windows and flooded garden. Returned fixed. Same problem next rain. Returned at least 4 times. Aug 2023 stated Botched Job and would return and fix once and for all.

Good, transparent communication about the work. Helpful advice about nature of what needed to be done. Work was carried out in good time and effectively. Very happy.

We were happy at the time, job completed as requested. After a few days we noticed the one of the leaking areas was still badly leaking causing flooding to the garden. We have called and emailed several times but still no visit to fix the problem. Work is guaranteed for 3 years, but no good if they don't follow up on the promise.

Peter and the team did a great job. They removed the loose tiles and concrete, replaced them with dry tiling and cleaned up the rest of the roof and guttering. A very professional service from start to finish.

Workmen on site - faultless. Polite, cleaned up area well. Quote seemed reasonable given current economic climate.
