These guys were supposed to turn up at 08:00 on Friday 13th December. The appointment was arranged on the 3rd December. At 07:21 on the day of the appointment I received a text informing me that they would not be coming due to an emergency gas leak somewhere. In the text I was asked if the appointment could be moved to Saturday morning (14/12). Saturday morning has been and gone and once again they have failed to turn up. No phone call, text, nothing! So, if you want to waste your time waiting for this pair to turn up, be my guest. Personally I will be looking elsewhere.
