“We found New Look Roofing after seeing them working in our village, and we’re so glad we got in touch. From start to finish, Anthony and Steve were fantastic, friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do. We were a bit worried at first that once the roof was opened up, they might find more problems, and with me being 9 months pregnant, the last thing we needed was extra stress. But they were honest, reassuring, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. There were no hidden issues or surprise costs, and they kept us updated every step of the way. The quality of their work is excellent, they finished on time, and left everything clean and tidy. We’d definitely use them again if we need any roofing work done, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Thank you Anthony and Steve, you made what could have been a stressful job totally stress-free!”
“We had a dry ridge installed on our pitched roof as the old cement ridge was cracking and leaking. We were recommended by local neighbours in the village who had already had work done. Tom came around and gave us a quote and set the guys to task very quickly. Anthony and Stephen carried out the work and were hard working and professional. It was pretty hot so tea/coffee and water drinks were much appreciated, along with the ‘promised’ bacon sandwiches. After the guys had finished the work it was noticed that there was some light coming from the ridge area from inspecting in the loft. A quick phone call and Anthony and Stephen came back to fix the issue without any question. Would we recommend the company.. already have as a lady approached us on seeing the advertisement board. Thanks guys. Job well done 👍”
“We had wholes in the ridge tiles and within a few days they replaced all our ridge tiles for us.The 2 men worked hard, cleaned up afterwards and were very polite.Great team and great service.”

Excellent all round.
Tom was great to work with on our re-roof. He and and his teams were hard workers and transformed our roof really quickly. Tom made sure he was available to answer any and all questions I had, fixing up little bits here and there I had noticed in addition to the work initially agreed. I've since had them back to do some work on my chimney and I'm looking to book some other work in with him again soon. Thanks Tom and team for all your hard work! :)
