"I was having problems with pressure dropping in an old Worcester boiler, pretty confident the expansion vessel was the problem. Richard turned up, checked the boiler and all pipes for leaks and couldn’t find any. The boiler spares are obsolete now so the vessel wasn’t changed but he topped it up with air. Explained I need a new boiler at some point but it’s not urgent and to keep topping up as I have been for now as nothing else wrong with the boiler. Very nice to have someone that isn’t pushy to get a bigger job. Thanks a lot!!"

I was having problems with pressure dropping in an old Worcester boiler, pretty confident the expansion vessel was the problem. Richard turned up, checked the boiler and all pipes for leaks and couldn’t find any. The boiler spares are obsolete now so the vessel wasn’t changed but he topped it up with air. Explained I need a new boiler at some point but it’s not urgent and to keep topping up as I have been for now as nothing else wrong with the boiler. Very nice to have someone that isn’t pushy to get a bigger job. Thanks a lot!!
