“Josh replaced 2 bath panels for us. His work was excellent from first contact to completion of the job. He was quick to respond to my original request, helpfully answered some questions I had about the best bath panels to buy, came when we had agreed and completed the work to an excellent standard. Highly recommended and I'd happily use Josh again for other jobs”

Left a contact message through Checkatrade as no answer from phone number and no answerphone either. 6 days later I still have not heard back from them despite trying to call several times. I think their description of no job to small or 100% satisfaction is a little misleading. Perhaps they need to go on a customer service course? I can't leave a accurate review or recommendation because they obviously do not want the work. Very dissapointed.
