I found this company on the Which? Trusted Trader website having seen the logo on their advert in a local magazine. I cannot speak too highly of them. They took out my toilet, shower cubicle, sink and radiator to completely panel the room and fit a new non-slip floor, then replaced everything, including a new shower, and plumbed it back in. It looks like a different room. Tom Prime, who carried out all the work, is an absolute perfectionist and his carpentry and plumbing skills are outstanding. He suggested replacing some UPVC shelves with bespoke ones which he made from some left over panelling from the shower area and has turned what was a dull alcove into a real feature. He was very pleasant and considerate and a pleasure to have around the house. Nothing was too much trouble and he left the place immaculate every night. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used Nightingale Bathrooms to refurbish our two upstairs bathrooms and downstairs toilet. Mark came out to do the survey and showed us many options to convert the bathrooms to the requested wet rooms with showers (but no baths), underfloor heating, LED ceiling lighting and wall panels rather than tiled walls. On Mark’s recommendation we made a few trips to a local showroom in Gillingham to view the options open to us and got lots of helpful advice there. On receiving the quotation for the job we gave the go ahead and the fitter, Tony arrived at the appointed time to start the work. He was a very clean and tidy worker and turned out to be a really skilled craftsman whose work was absolutely faultless. He treated the job as if he was working in his own home, and seeing what he did over the 5 weeks he was here I was able to see the quality and precision of the work he did. The finished job in both bathrooms and the downstairs toilet is absolutely stunning, looking like what you see in the most luxurious 5 star hotels. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Nightingale Bathrooms. Robert & Christine D.

We used Nightingales for the conversion of 1 bathroom into a wet room, 2 shower room ensuites, a family bathroom / shower room, a new kitchen and a downstairs loo and all we can say is well done, what a fantastic finish and on budget too. Tony and Steve were true craftsmen and left the place spotless every night. They even finished off the tiling that was missed by the swimming pool company. AMAZING

Customer service is very good, nothing is too much trouble, all questions were answered. I cannot praise the fitter too highly. Work ethics, eye for detail, care and consideration while in our home. All tools and bathroom cleared up nightly. Although Nightingale Bathrooms are not the cheapest the end result is amazing.

Our installer did everything to the highest standard, nothing was skimped over. He always ensured that we were satisfied with the work he had done. Overall a brilliant job.
