Nightingale were streets ahead of other firms when it came to providing a quote in the first place... timely and efficient and their showroom allowed us to fine tune our ideas. Very friendly and efficient staff. They commenced work when they said they would (although stalled by the lockdown) and Paul the fitter was highly professional and capable and did a great job installing a walk-in shower in place of our bath. Job finished on time and with minimum fuss with excellent work hygiene and clean-up at finish. I cannot fault them.
A truly outstanding installation carried out by true professionals from start to finish and it shows. Extremely pleased with the quality of their workmanship. A pleasure doing business with this company.
From our original enquiry, on time surveyor, quote & finally installation were all carried out in a very professional manner. Initial enquiry to installation completion took less than 1 1/2 months. Everything fell into place just before Christmas. Only one fitter turned our bathroom into wet room within 7 days. Very hard physical work, removes tile & low drain. Finished to finest standard workmanship.

From the moment we contacted Nightingale, the process has been so easy. From the surveyor's visit to the building of the shower, on which Tom worked so quietly, carefully and cleaned everything up every day, so much so that we hardly noticed any disruption. We have ended up with a superb, craftsman built walk in shower which looks amazing, and along with the new, taller soft-close toilet and wash basin with a lovely neat vanity unit below, the bathroom is now a place to enjoy. Tom couldn't have been nicer, and it was a pleasure having him in our home. He comes highly recommended (see other reviews) and if Tom is to be your installer, believe me, you are in safe hands! Thank you, all at Nightingale bathrooms, the best decision we have ever made! Mr & Mrs Spencer, Dartford.

The work was carried out to a very high standard, we were totally satisfied.
Having broken my arm, the replacement of the bath with a walk-in shower was paramount - Nightingale could not have been more helpful, quick, even completing the job a week earlier than expected. Beautifully done, it is excellent. I deem it amazing that I found them.
The care and help given by the surveyor and the professionalism of the fitter were only marred by the attitude of the assistant works co-ordinator.

We were really worried the first day when problems cropped up, but they were sorted out with no extra expense to ourselves.
Our installer did everything to the highest standard, nothing was skimped over. He always ensured that we were satisfied with the work he had done. Overall a brilliant job.
Customer service is very good, nothing is too much trouble, all questions were answered. I cannot praise the fitter too highly. Work ethics, eye for detail, care and consideration while in our home. All tools and bathroom cleared up nightly. Although Nightingale Bathrooms are not the cheapest the end result is amazing.
We used Nightingales for the conversion of 1 bathroom into a wet room, 2 shower room ensuites, a family bathroom / shower room, a new kitchen and a downstairs loo and all we can say is well done, what a fantastic finish and on budget too. Tony and Steve were true craftsmen and left the place spotless every night. They even finished off the tiling that was missed by the swimming pool company. AMAZING
