Nightshift 24 Hour Pest Control

I had the great pleasure to receive service from Nightshift Pest Control, and in particular their technician Matt, who came with a wealth of experience from years in the field. My barn had become infested with rats, some bigger than my cat! Within two days they were gone. We haven't seen one since! I can't thank Matt and Nightshift enough. I recommend them highly

Telephoned and spoke to an owner of the business. He said I would receive a call back that day from his staff. In fact the call came, from a lady, the next day. I gave the details of the job and was promised an email with details and contact with their local operator. They would want payment upfront. Whilst not particularly happy with that, I accepted the situation. Eight days later I have not received the promised email. I have therefore had to go elsewhere. The firm I am using have been prompt, efficient and have not asked for payment upfront.

Very disappointed with Nightshift Pest Control. I was quoted around £300 for a comprehensive survey and treatment. Instead, their visit lasted under 15 minutes with no proper inspection or treatment. I paid £174 for what was essentially a brief look and a much higher quote of £495 for actual work. When I raised concerns, they dismissed them and refused any refund or goodwill gesture. Poor value, misleading service, and unprofessional communication. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
