“We contacted Neal based on reviews to help us with our malfunctioning pneumatic flush. On the first visit, he diagnosed the issue and gave us a workable temporary fix (1.5 hours). From there, he ordered the part which was needed and returned a week later to install (1 hour). He was professional and a clear communicator. We found it refreshing to have a tradesman be so up front and transparent with rates and policies. We also appreciate that he is an independent plumber local to us in N1. We will keep him in our contacts list for future callouts in case of any general plumbing issues.”

Neal was great to deal with. This company is responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. Neal was able to detect leaks and make repairs. He came to the property twice. He was always on time and always left the place clean. I have been burnt by 'dodgy' tradespeople in the past and this was such a welcome change. The work was done a couple of weeks ago and so far, all good. I would definitely recommend this company. NK Plumbing is now my 'go to' for any plumbing jobs I may require in future.

I manage several properties and had one that was flooding the neighbour below. The property that caused the flooding was not showing any signs of water leakage. I contacted NK Plumbing and they arrived super quick, investgated and found the source, which was an under floor pipe and dealt with the matter. The team were quick, very friendly, professional and most of all tidy. I would definitely recommend using NK Plumbing. No job too small.
Neal contacted me by phone. He was helpful and explained that I need to wait and see what happens when engineer arrived to fixed the washing machine. If there is an external problem then he would make an appointment. The problem was resolved by the engineer.

Neal responded to my call immediately and arrived exactly on time on the day promised. He completely renovated and repaired (as requested) our high level ceramic toilet cistern including sourcing and purchasing all parts needed. He also repaired a loose tap in the bathroom. This is the second time Neal has done repairs for us and once again we are very impressed with the trouble he took to ensure that a good job was done and we got what we wanted. Neal is a very clean and tidy worker. To add to this Neal is a really nice bloke.
