The work has high quality and is delivered on time. We are very satisfied!
We approached NKMs studio to apply on our behalf to extend our house. The service was was great and prompt, the fee was very reasonable and the design was really nice, we loved it. The work was delivered on time and we got the approval from the council. They have really good experience in dealing with planning department at Fulham Council. They neigotiated for best outcome and we got the approval.

Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded (the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site), and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
