Work to service my modern condensing gas boiler carried effectively and to time and a very reasonable price.

James was very quick to respond and was very clear about what he thought the issue was with our boiler before coming, meaning he could also give a price beforehand. He came at the earliest convenient time for us both and diagnosed the problem. We haven’t had any issues with our boiler since. Highly recommend

I contacted this engineer in a blind panic, as our boiler pressure had gone through the roof, and the whole boiler was making a loud vibrating noise. The engineer was very quickly able to establish that the water pressure top up tap have been left open in error, and was able to talk me through a step-by-step on how to solve all of these problems and get my boiler and hot water working properly again. As the title says, not All superheroes wear capes, and I owe this engineer and massive debt of gratitude. On his helpfulness and knowledge and alone, I would happily recommend this gentleman.
