Our practical understanding of building regulations and the process necessary for gaining planning consent, ensures great design will co-exist with practical, everyday living. From our base in Swansea Environment Centre, we’re well placed to offer advice on how best to build in an environmentally responsible way, appropriate to your goals and aspirations. Whilst we encourage you to think about using more natural materials and renewable energy to help reduce your carbon footprint, we don’t insist on this approach. We’ll give you the options, so you can make up your own mind and create a home that works for you.
