Great service, excellent product
We decided to change from a wet biomass boiler heating system to all-electric Radtherm radiators and a Sunamp water heater. From Howard’s initial visit, where we were given a very detailed explanation of the product, to the final installation by Kev, Callum and Phil, a very professional and efficient service! Two months on, we are very impressed with the radiators and the water heater. The ability to have control over temperature and timing for each individual radiator is great. After completion of the job we had some questions which were promptly answered by Yvette in the office. We would thoroughly recommend North East Heating Solutions.

Change over to electric heating
This year we have taken the plunge and switched from a wet gas heating system to the rad therm German electric radiators. We went to Northeast Heating solutions from a word of mouth recommendation. They've really looked after us through the entire process and answered all my questions and worries. The installation team were very pleasant, professional and had Henry the hoover following them around the house keeping things tidy as they went. The app has been logical to and set up the heating programmes. Everything is working fine and looks very smart.

I had the Sunamp hot water system installed on 25/09/2025. I read about this Sunamp system online, went on Sunamp website and found a list of recommended installers. I chose North East Heating Solutions and could'nt be happier. Right from the first enquiry, up to a home visit from Howard. Howard gave a detailed account about the system. The installation was done by Phil. Every care was taken with my property and and a tidy professional was done. I would recommend North East Heating Solutions for their courteous and professional service.

Nine radTherm radiators plus modified hot water controls installed. All sized, ordered and completed very efficiently and tidily. This new system is vastly superior to the old economy 7 night storage units, and the control app is really easy to use.

I recently had a Sumamp water heater installed by North East Heating Solutions, and the service was excellent from start to finish. At the initial survey appointment, the friendly and professional representative took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me choose the model that best suited my needs. He also talked me through the installation process so I knew exactly what to expect. The actual installation was fantastic, the engineer was friendly, polite, professional, and thoughtful, as well as very thorough. I’m absolutely delighted with the product and now have instant hot water at great pressure, a huge improvement over my old, inefficient hot water cylinder tank! I would highly recommend North East Heating Solutions for their outstanding service and quality products

The process of having our new heating installed from speaking to Howard to the fitting guys today has been hugely professional and efficient. We have endured outdated storage heaters for the past 20 years and today , suddenly , we are warm and cozy. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending North East Heating Solutions! The team, Kevin , Phil and Callum did a fantastic job today . They worked effectively and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess and carried out their tasks with charm, humour and professionalism. We had a aquafficient boiler fitted 3 years ago by Fischer. This was an expensive item costing us £4000 . The water pressure was poor and when I spoke to Fischer in the hope they could rectify this they told us that a £280 call out fee would be incurred ! North East Electric Solution’s Phill was able to talk us through the process of putting this right over the phone at no cost! Fantastic service . Thank you again such a difficult; we are thrilled with our new heating system !

Professional service and excellent products
I highly recommend NorthEast Heating Solutions. From first contact to completion, they have been both friendly and professional. I decided to update my old wet heating system to the RadTherm Electric radiators and am now looking forward to a cosy winter with state-of-the-art radiators I can control individually via my phone. I also had a Sunamp Heat battery installed for my hot water. Even though I have the smallest-sized battery it meets all my needs. All the staff I had dealings with were spot on in terms of communication, knowledge and skill. The installation was stress and mess-free. I have no regrets. Thanks for the great work.

Don’t hesitate!
Sunamp Thermino 150eplus installed to replace a water tank/night storage. Have to admit I was really nervous as to if I was making the right decision - but I have been proved very wrong. This review is to help those like me who has zero knowledge of plumbing systems and to review on basic practical terms, something which I found was lacking when trying to figure out what to do. Yes it costs more than replacing with a new tank, but it will save you so much money each month, so more than worth the initial outlay. 2 bed flat 2 people, no gas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. The previous setup was costing the same in electricity as my day usage, heating a whole tank every night, of which very little got used. This system only recharges a battery when it goes under a certain percentage charge. If you don’t use it doesn’t need to charge. Lashings of hot water when you need it. More than enough to fill a bath and doesn’t take longer to fill than the old system. Totally exceeded my expectations and couldn’t be happier. Huge shout out to Howard, who explained everything without a hard sell (very appreciated), Yvette for keeping updates on delivery and installation, and also to the 2 lovely guys who installed. Polite and professional, no mess left, and knew their trade… I will remember to have some tea for when you come and install the radiators!

First rate installation
We had new electric radiators fitted throughout the house. The disruption was kept to a minimum and everything was left clean and tidy. The two guys doing the fitting were professional and friendly. My only observation would be that a pre installation visit by the electrician may be a good idea just to check requirements. We were very pleased with the fitting and with the operation of the radiators, would recommend. They aren’t cheap to buy but they are very effective and easy to use via the app.

After living in a three bedroom fridge for years with only one storage heater working it’s an absolute delight to come home to a warm house and it’s all thanks to the lads at North East Heating Solutions Ltd. I cannot fault anything from the initial home appointment to the lovely lads that fitted my radiators. They were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no mess at all was left and best of all they took all the old storage heaters and rubbish with them……..bonus. The radiators themselves are very stylish, easy to control and heat my home lovely. I’m exceptionally happy with the service I received and the product I purchased. I decided to go electric heating after my old gas boiler needed replacing,I read all the reviews of northeast heating solutions & contacted for an appointment.Howard came & measured up & costed the job.From start to finish I am very happy with heating & team(Jamie,Phil & Kev)who did an excellent job!very neat & tidy work!The app is so easy to use,I can control each room temperature!!would highly recommend!!!

Very efficient and cheerful team
We had the old radiators and pipework removed and new radiators installed. All done as scheduled and the team dealt easily with the few unanticipated problems. All radiators set up on the WiFi control system and good follow up to check all was working as it should. Very pleased with the quality of the system and the quality of service received.

Good professional job
Removed old oil boiler and radiators, installed new electric radiators and Sunamp water heater. This was done to the agreed timescale and scope and for the agreed cost. We chose North East Heating Solutions after getting several quotes because we felt that we had received an honest and realistic view of the pros and cons of the system. There was no hard sell and the description of what we would be buying and the answers to our questions were knowledgeable and professional. The plumber and electricians who arrived to do the work were likewise professional and efficient as well as being friendly and considerate of how work was carried out. It was completed to schedule. There was a glitch after the work had been completed and we had to call them back out to remedy it, Their response was quick and professional and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. There was no additional cost. Overall I would recommend this company.

Three good workers from north east heating solutions, Phil the plumber,Kev and Jamie the electrician's, work was completed in one day, to remove old gas radiators and replace with electric radiators, job was done neat and tidy, instructions on how to use the system was giving first class, I was very impressed with completed work.

This was the first phase of three stage install to replace an oil-fired central heating system. The work was done successfully, on time and with no residual issues. Both installers (Kev and James) were friendly, helpful and tidy in their work. We would thoroughly recommend their services and look forward to completion of the next phase. The system has worked well from the outset with no calls for assistance.

Remove old heaters &Installation of new heaters
My old storage heaters & complicated meter system were removed & new clay core radiators installed. They accommodated my request to remove old heaters allowing me to re-decorate prior to installation. I also had to change dates twice. The work was done on time, quickly, cleanly without any inconvenience to me, even though it was not straightforward. I was patiently given operating instructions- reassured they would come back if I had any future problems which couldn’t be solved by phone. The service I received from first contact has been excellent. Very happy with this company.
