Initially all communications good then my start date changed due to another job being unfinished but that was okay. Then on the morning of my new start date Jack did not turn up, no explanation nothing, I was very worried about his welfare thinking he had been in an accident or something. I still hope he is okay. I don’t hold grudges but this is no way to run a business. I would not recommend. Somebody should have called me to say he wasn’t coming for whatever reason. People shouldn’t treat other people this way and get away with it. I’m glad no money had exchanged hands.

Within just over a week of putting the request in, a visit to the property was made, a quote submitted and the work was completed to a very high standard. A huge thank you for the prompt service.
