Paul was very helpful when he came round to quote - he understood what I wanted, was able to recommend a suitable stove and stone for the hearth and sent his quote promptly. Paul kept me informed about when he would be able to complete the work and made sure he and Adam got the job completed within the time estimated. The work was quite dusty but Adam and Paul left the room very clean and tidy after they were finished."
