Robert answered my phone call immediately and was with me within 45 mins, after finishing another job. He was a polite calm gent and quickly realised that that the French doors were no longer aligned and quickly remedied the problem after explaining and showing me the issue. I wouldn`t hesitate in recommending him.

I cannot recommend Robert highly enough, we had an issue with a gear mechanism in a patio door, after inspection, Robert had no idea how to access the mechanism, however, Robert took the time to find out how to access before sourcing the part and replacing. We had 3 other companies come out and look and no one could sort this, citing, we will come back to you and never heard a thing. As I said, Robert took the time to find out and completed the job.

Robert came out to see the job about an hour or so after I called him. The lock is a five point locking system installed by Everest. It took him well under an hour to assess what was wrong and fix it. We're delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending his services. Many thanks Robert.

Called Robert regarding a faulty front door that wouldn’t lock. He was able to visit our property within an hour to diagnose the problem. As expected, the gearbox inside the door was broken and needed replaced. Robert had a replacement in his van and the new part was fitted in no time. He also adjusted the door correctly so that it closed and locked properly. Really friendly and professional guy. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again for your help and patience.
Replace complete broken Upvc door latch
Robert came and got the door safe and working Removed some parts to do this. Did not have the parts as it needed a complete new latch as one hook and the keeper was not working Robert ordered the parts due to COVID-19 took a bit longer but he kept me well informed and the door was safe to use in the meantime As soon as he got the part he called to arrange fitting Took his time to ensure all working took all COVID precautions the quote was reduced due to him acquiring the parts cheeped don’t hear about that every time thanks Robert
