Simon was polite and professional throughout the time he worked on our plumbing. He checked what the problem was, then carefully explained to me what he could do to fix it and the price he would charge before proceeding. He kept me updated throughout the job, he worked cleanly and thoroughly checked the work was acceptable before leaving. Highly recommended!
