"My brother had a leak and called Tom after looking on check a trade, he the referred to me as I expected I had a leak in the kitchen. Tom came round and detected the leak from soil pipe, he explained all steps and asked permission before starting as the ceiling and kitchen wall had to be cut away to gain access, he also fixed the toilet as this was constantly filling! He worked hard all day, fixed the leak and tidied all the mess. I found him to be very professional, sincere and honest. I would definitely recommend Tom."
