Detailed reviews
The work generally was very good, however there is an issue since build with the velux roof window and some cracking in the plaster. I have phoned, sent texts, emailed and zero response. The work done was good in the main the after service and warranty work is none existent. No reply, No warranty on the window even from the manufacturer. Nothing. Not what I expect as this is the second bit of work Ross has done for us, so very disappointed.
